Brooklyn native Joey Bada$$ drops his new track “Word Is Bond” off of his upcoming mixtape Summer Knights.  Produced by Statik Selektah, the new track stays the course on keeping hip hop’s ‘Golden Age’ alive and well with the boom-bap feel along with the piano accompaniment, and scratch beats.  Add to that Joey Bada$$’s signature flow and what you have is a bona fide new school classic with old school flavor.

The Summer Knights Mixtape drops June 12 and will be followed by his debut album B4DA$$.
