Hood Prince: The Artist Formerly Known As Diddy, P. Diddy and Puffy Changes His Name… Again

Oh, Diddy. I mean, P. Diddy. Or Puff? You know what, for the sake of this post I’m going to just call you Sean — ’cause we cool like that. Yesterday, Sean Combs switched up the moniker one time for the what we’re hoping is the last time, going back to the sobriquet anyone born pre-1995 would know him as: Puff Daddy. According to Twitter, Sean “never changed his name,” and going back to Puff simply means that he’s going back to who he was 13 years before becoming “P. Diddy”: a rapper. Following the announcement of the name-switch, Sean dropped a new trailer for the release of his newest single, “Big Homie,” a collabo with Rick Ross and French Montana set to drop next week in conjunction with a full studio album said to be released later on this year. Hit the jump to catch the trailer.
