Friend of The 5th and Inglewood hot spitta, Thurz, dropped an outstanding new project this week in the form of the Designer EP.  After drumming up some much deserved buzz through stand-out tracks like “Perfect Words” and “Right Now”, the projects fruition by way of Red Bull Sound Select represents Thurz’ growth as a solo artist.  Such growth is evident in the detailed reflection and genuine accounts he relays throughout the EP.  With his penchant for hard-hitting yet poignant lyrics and executive production by Marlon Travis Barrow, no second is wasted on dull filler, thus proving to be another successful musical jaunt for one of LA’s most talented rappers.  Hit the jump and get up on all that’s dope about Thurz’ Designer EP.
