Dammmn Janet. The Queen of Pop dropped a choreographed dance video to show us age ain’t nothing but a number when it comes to dancing.
Suddenly postponing her Unbreakable World Tour led many internet pages speculating if it was due to a health issue. And they were sort of right, as she recently announced her pregnancy just a few days ago.
This video marks the second to come from her latest album. Although this is the first dance video she’s put out in over 6 years. You may recall her “Make Me” video, which coincidentally has the same style as her current video above.
Using her trusted team of choreographers and hand-picked L.A. dancers, the video pays homage to Jackson’s style of sensual dance moves. Even throwing in an interlude using her “Gonna break it down, break it down” lyrics from “I Get So Lonely.” Though her background dancers are doing most of the dancing, we got to give credit to Jackson for using the dance moves the center of the video. No fancy cars, no crazy costumes, just pure dance talent. And until one of these other female pop singers can tip a chair like she did on “Pleasure Principle,” she’ll forever stay as one of the greatest dancers.
