“I’m running reds ’til I’m out of this town, baby”
When Hollywood is pushing for one of its movies to have a solid music credibility we often see a lazy visual with cut scenes that are easily forgettable. The song itself may be really dope but if no one wants to hit replay on that clip, then the song ultimately fades into history. So it’s about time that Hollywood is finally putting in an extra effort into these soundtrack visuals. You may have seen commercials for an upcoming action-packed movie called Baby Driver and you were probably wondering if it was worth dropping some cash to see it in theaters. Today we got a crazy new visual off the Baby Driver soundtrack titled “Chase Me” and yup, we definitely had to push replay. Peep the visual below. The track is from hip-hop producer Danger Mouse with an assist from an ATLien named Big Boi and rap duo Run The Jewels. Fast cars, crazy stunts, and an impressive cast? We’re in. Shut up and take my money Hollywood. Baby Driver races to theaters on June 28. Will we see Danger Mouse, Big Boi, Killer Mike and El-P make cameos in the movie?
