It’s said the only constant in life is change. For Downtown Santa Ana (DTSA), it has been a culture and hub that truly embraces this idea. With an oncoming wave of new entrepreneurs, DTSA has been buzzing throughout Southern California, creating a fresh atmosphere for an area few would have guessed to be a hot spot for the current generation. It began when property manager, Ryan Chase, took a chance and worked towards making his vision come alive. Within a span of a few years, a breath of new life has entered DTSA and the mark of another era has definitely begun. We sat down with Ryan, along with a host of individuals who have helped make the new East End of Downtown Santa Ana the vibrant and revitalized area that it is now.
